Both of you catch feelings~ But you're too afraid to risk your friendship

Then the tension builds up
Another person comes between you briefly, but it's pretty obvious that he's just a stand-in

And then in the end
Somebody probably contracts like a fatal disease and confesses their feelings cause they have nothing to lose
