That's what it essentially is! All the bands compete against each other and they put on concerts for everyone downtown.

A friend of mine is joining with his band, and it sounds like a pretty good time.
Don't think it's ultra serious or anything. I mean top prize is a gift card to happy burger so...! LOL

You have to make sure they use the middle nozzle for ice cream. Only that one gives you the right consistency!
