- Born with a congenital eye defect that rendered him completely blind, Allan has never seen the world and its colors. What he makes of his surroundings, he divines through other senses--sound, touch, taste and scent.
He is an Adjudicator for the High Table, an international confederation of hunters who sell their services to the highest bidders. Adjudicators monitor, track and keep High Table members in check, and dispense with punishment if need be, for members who break the rules. - Notes:
