- While he was born in Michigan, his family later moved to France, where he attended school with a host of friends. None stood out quite so much as Andre Lemaire, however. While he fell pretty hard for Andre, eventually, the two parted ways when Kent's parents divorced and Kent moved with his mother back to the states.
Kent tried to stay in touch but he and his mother moved so often than he eventually lost touch with his old school friend.
Eventually, as an adult, he attended film school in New York, then went on to help with camera work, then moved on to script writing. Currently, he is working on a television show called Lux Showcase that showcases beautiful homes around the world and has landed in Hazleton, Oregon.

- He has a beautiful young daughter from a previous failed marriage. He didn't want to end up like his parents--divorced--but he ended up doing so when he fell out of love with his wife. He ended up with custody of his child as his wife moved to Europe and a whirlwind romance with a Spanish man. His daughter has two half sisters in Spain.
