Perhaps because he grew up in the big city, surrounded by concrete and chrome, Tyson has always had an eye for nature and beauty. He would spend long hours sketching and painting alone out in the wild, trying to capture something elusive in the sway of a leaf or a dew drop sliding off of a budding rose.

Bohai was the love of his life and his muse. They met at a department store, of all places, where Tyson was trying to buy a paint brush and Bohai ran him over in pursuit of a rogue pet. It seemed like fate; they fell violently in love and moved in together immediately in a delirious whirlwind of uncontrollable emotions. The subject of Tyson's paintings narrowed down to one singular being and he poured all of his feelings and love into his pieces.

Tragedy struck a few years later. Bohai complained of dizziness, fatigue; he began to lose weight at an alarming rate. No matter what Tyson did and no matter how desperately he grasped onto his fading lover, it was useless. Bohai died in his sleep months after his fatal diagnosis and a large part of Tyson died with him.
