- The realm from which Dragon—the dragon—hails is torn by war, as his species have pitted themselves against a rival demonic race. Although massive in size in the human world, in his own world Dragon is considered a runt. Unattractive to females because of his small size and weak abilities, Dragon drifted about all on his own, without a family or a home, until the Master pulled him from his realm and placed him into a card.

- He is made of an 'ink'-like substance. With the ability to heal himself via the living dragon tattoo on his back, Dragon is difficult to kill, but he needs time to repair his body.
His name is Syn-Cygnus, which in his language means 'Son of Cygnus.' His father, Cygnus, is another ink dragon and one of renown, having served a famous scout named Alric the Brave in the war as his mount. - Notes:
