They've been around a while, as far as I can tell. And they're usually quiet.

It might be a new group going under the name... Or trying to sully the name, pin the blame on them.

They're usually into drugs and ghouls, that sort of thing. Can't imagine them going nuts all of a sudden and tearing humans from limb to limb on a whim.

Should I take him out? After I get what I need from him, I mean.
