Breathe.

Yes.

He had to remember to just breathe.

Slowly, he began to calm down. The fluttering of his wings stopped being so frantic and he eventually felt his little bat heartbeat slow. Okay. He was okay.

But now...

Now was the moment of truth.

Once he had calmed down, he settled near the floor, knowing full well what happened if he tried to shift while in the air. Then he closed his eyes. Shifting was as easy as breathing, normally. With the anxiety, it sort of blocked it. There was a slight hiccup in which Noah started to feel the panic rise again. He couldn't do it! He was stuck again!

But no, once he told himself that wasn't true, he could feel it, the telltale sensation of the start of a shift.

And before he knew it, to his relief, he was human again, albeit naked.

"I did it!" he crowed in absolute relief. "I did it! I'm cured!"

Once Noah was calmed down and able to shift back Daejun shifted back into human form. Shouting, "you did it, I knew you could do!" Slipping his undies on to make thing less awkward for Jay.

"Thank you so much Jay for helping us once again. Lunch tired into think." He let an awkward laugh out as he upped his pants on and the pulled his shirt over his head.

"How did it feel for you? You scared me for a minute there."Daejun pushed his hair out of his face. It got all messed up from getting dressed.

Well, that wasn't ideal. Jay sat up straighter when Noah made what he interpreted as a panicking sound. There wasn't anything he could do in that moment, so he leaned back against the couch when Daejun himself shifted and calmed him.

And then he was naked (with Daejun, too), standing there triumphantly. Luckily, he spent too long drawing art models to be affected by a couple shifters naked for a few moments. Jay snorted into the back of his hand, finding it funny how easy that was.

The mind could truly be terrifying.

"... I think anxiety was your problem, so I dunno that there was anything to cure since I gave you that potion before."

He cocked his head for a second, uncertain. "Any time. Although, did I really do anything?" laughed Jay.
