Burning Too Bright

[Yu Daejun]

"I know babe, I really do. I was just so wrapped up in my feelings that seeing you was all I could think about. It's just one of those days I miss you even if you are right there with me.

Deajun practically fell over with excitement! He almost dropped his phone.

"Okay, give me like ten minutes and I'll be over, are you sure you really wanna see me."

How bad he longed to be in Roy's arms might be clouding his judgment Roy's anger could be triggered at any time and Daejun was just not thinking and might say something to piss him off again. But he didn't care Roy asked for him and he wanted to be there it was selfish but he had needs too. He is young and confused

"I understand. I... do"

As strange as it sounded, Roy knew that feeling very well. If he had a chance to live these experiences before, maybe he wouldn't react like this. Maybe he wouldn't react like this if he didn't feel like this happiness was being threatened... even by the person who made Roy feel like this.

"I'll give you 25 because you need to be careful driving. I want to see you and I want you to get here safely."

"I'm always safe when it comes to driving why am I top of the class? Hmm? Cause I'm good." Daejun had a huge smile on his face.

"I'll be there in 20 while being safe." He let a little chuckle out.

This had to be good they were going to make up. And Daejun could feel every inch of Roy.

That's not technically true. It wasn't Roy's place to squash Daejun's confidence. The truth is that there are better drivers in the class. But they are cocky. They think they will win. And they start making mistakes. Daejun doesn't do that. He knows when to push forward, when to pull back and when to pass.

Funny that in their personal life, that's not the case. Maybe Daejun gets all those impulsive needs out when Roy. Then on the race track there's nothing to hold him back.

"I will time you. So be a good boy and then I'll reward you."

There's Roy's impulsiveness. He wants to nourish young talent. But with Daejun there's something else, something more powerful, that he wants to see blossom.

Curling up in his bed while he and Roy spoke he was rather pleased with himself. In the end, he was getting what he wanted. He wanted to be with Roy and feel him. And here he was inviting him over.

A sinking feeling hit him, he curled his toes as he thought of just what was going to happen once he got there.

"I feel like you time me for a lot of things, more things them anyone else does." He was trying so hard at this point he was practically in Roy's lap.

It is a slippery slope. One tease too much and Roy lost all sense of reason. He should back away. He should let heat calm down. He should be responsible. But even at this distance, he didn't want that.

"I do it to make sure that you keep to your limits... and it makes it easier to know how hard I can push you."

"Why aren't you in your car?"

Inhaling as a shiver hit his spin he knew Roy wanted him more and more the longer they spoke. There was a slight rustling sound in the background and Dejun jumped up to head out.

"Cause this really sweet guy has me all distracted from what I was doing." He grabbed his coat and keys and headed to the door.

"So did my time already start or is that when I get in the car?" Deajun said in a playful tone as he locked the front door behind himself. He then unlocked his car, "Beep."

Roy sighed, sinking deeper into his couch. His body was acting.. needy. Daejun is a smooth operator and he's still young. God only knows what will happen when he's older. Then again, is finding a lover is easy for his boy, that is one less thing to worry about.

"This distraction is temporary. I don't want anything bad to happen to you."

He let out a small chuckle. Too curious, this boy. Not that the answer mattered. It was the principle of the thing - safety.

"You'll know when you get here. And... Daejun, you know that you don't have to make that beep sound? The car will still open."

He does it every time, even when Roy is the one opening the car. This boy is so cute he'll be the death of him.

Roy was always looking out for Daejun and he liked that. He like that he was more experienced and helped lead him as he matured into his manhood.

Deajun sought fame to be in the spotlight He wanted to be know all of him he wanted the world to see just how wonderful he was. He would be the best racer but not out shin Roy. He admired him.

Daejun slid into his leather seat. With a big ring on his face. He was just a thing he did. The "Beep"

"Ah, yeah I know that silly." He started the car up and it roared. The Bluetooth set in. 

"I'm leaving now, my love,"
