There are these legends about a certain type of demon. The female counterpart is called the succubus and the male is called the incubus. They feast on humans but not the way you're thinking. They hold their gaze and charm them, take advantage of them, and use the energy from the encounter to keep themselves alive. That's what that brothel is known for.
