I think it depends on the dragon. There's lots of different kinds. I don't think they do in general though.

But they're just like regular people, right? And the one my brother's with, he's like an ink dragon and he can draw cool stuff

The reborn ones I think my mom said she dated one when she was younger.

I don't think so. They live somewhere else.
I'm not sure since they're reborn into human bodies.

My brother found his dragon in a card. It was just laying around, can you believe that?!

I guess humans are humans after all. *sigh* Nothing special about regular old humans.

That's weird. I don't think that's normal. Could be magic. Okay most likely is magic. Maybe an illusion?
And you never know. Like maybe they hold onto a bit of their old selves. Say a luck dragon is reborn as a human. They could still be super lucky!

He seemed real... I touched him! And he could switch between his dragon and human forms! It was really cool. But he got sent away to some other dimension so we're trying to find a way to get him back.

Is there a way to check if somebody has powers?

Some people with loads of magic can bring over beings from other dimensions. I'm just confused about the card. Maybe a conduit?
