I've been doing research on this new case all morning. I need a break.

Apparently case studies have become my entire life now. I'll be buried with my case studies the day I die.

I do take breaks.

I took a 3 second break to yawn
And every time I flip a page, that's a 1 second break

Sometimes I allow myself to get up to go to the bathroom, too.
